Vegan Smoothie With Protein! Vitamins! Fiber! Energy and everything your body need to start a good day.

I start my day every day drinking this smoothie can you imagine start your with fresh smoothie ? it is so yummy and healthy.  After watching “What the health”? i realized my body need to get enough protein and vitamins from plant based, what can i do to make sure my body heal fast?

In today’s world you can find anything you want to  learn about on GOOGLE.  Right ? but people are too lazy to search or read. I will make it easier for you and i will explain you in the next video how i do it and how it can benefit your body and making sure your body will get what it need to start the day.

Ingredients.

  1.  Banana -1.6 gram of protein
  2. Three – Strawberries  965mg Protein 
  3. Kale – 1.9 gram of protein for a cup chopped kale 
  4. Spinach – 858MG of protein 
  5. Peanut Butter raw – A table spoon 3.5 gram of protein 
  6. Chia seeds an oz is 4.7 gram of protein 
  7. Celery –  A table spoon 1.2 gram of protein
  8. Vegan Protein – One scoop of 30  gram of protein 
  9. Ice 
  10. water

lots of people asked me the question HOW do you get enough protein…?

All vegetables and fruit have protein.  Maybe small amount but that is is more than enough for you. Your body can only consume so much protein a day. This is why i add also a scoop of vegan protein. so i get more than 30  gram of protein.
